Chapter 26: Then In The Future, Let's Not Be Courteous To Each Other And Speak Comfortably After All We Are Roommates Now

That night, Mai stayed up late trying to occupy her mind by producing different kinds of perfumes. Since her laboratory wouldn't be ready until the following week, Mai feared that she wouldn't be around to see the laboratory when it was ready.

Hence, she stayed up late that night. A lot of things ran through her mind as she tested her samples. She thought about Lorca and how vicious he could be.

Even though she knew Aaron Saint could protect her, Mai still couldn't shake of the feeling that Aaron Saint had intentionally angered Lorca and that would mean a declaration of war.

Lorca Don Marco and her mother were cousins. The only successors to the Leopard clan of underworld. Laura Luis Marco, her mother inherited the succession but later reformed and handed it over to Lorca with trust. When Laura Louis Marco met August Maijune's father who was a scientist, she decided to leave the gang and start a family with him.

Together they built AMJ INC. and through research produced a lot of products ranging from lipsticks, perfumes, skincare products.

Little did she know that this cousin of hers, whom she trusted so much would kidnap them and confined them to a laboratory using August Maijune as bait. Lorca threatened them with their only child and made them manufacture bullets, gunpowder, aphrodisiac, and a lot of things.

Their company, estates and insurance were confiscated by Lorca. Because her parents were scared to lose her, they had to work till Lorca finally killed them out of anger that they refused to tell him the main password for the estates, company and insurance policies left in August Maijune's name.

The reason why Lorca could not get access to what her parents worked hard for was simple. Her father, Anthony Elizondo had secured the estates, secret vault, and the company with a special bomb he made which will blow everything to pieces if the password entered was incorrect on two tries only.

Lorca had already tried once and failed, so he could only have August Maijune open it. The company ceased to function because nobody knew the secret ingredients used to make the products, but Lorca was smart enough to keep the company name and set up a new place and got workers to produce some of the products that were made before except that there was still difference which made him lose customers initially.

Mai remember everything August Maijune couldn't remember because she was made as at the time her parents were locked up and Lorca forced her to manufacture those things.

DID patients create a false image when they can't deal with reality. This was the case of Mai who was created to deal with such circumstances while Maijune was made to deal with all the brutality that Lorca made her go through.

All these precious memories were absent in August's mind which explains why she couldn't remember anything prior to the accident.

Mai finally finished her testings' and stood up from the chair, stretching her limps and arms. She could feel some back pains due to the long hours of sitting. She decided to go to her room first and take a shower before going to sleep in Aaron's room.

Aaron Saint opened his eyes and looked at the time which was now almost 3:00AM and frowned. Mai locked herself up in the uncompleted laboratory room saying she was going to keep her mind busy. It was almost dawn and she wasn't back to sleep.

Aaron Saint sat up and the door to the room opened slowly. Mai walked in and saw Aaron Saint fully dressed in his night pyjamas sitting on the bed. She walked closer and said to him ''I didn't know you were awake?''

Aaron Saint looked at her saying ''youwhere you still at the laboratory till now?''

''Yes, I didn't notice the time flew that fast. I wanted to make something special for you, but, I couldn't finish it. My back arches, I don't think I will be able to sleep without a massage''.

Mai finished talking and looked at Aaron Saint with a gleam in her eyes as she sat closer to him and spoke in a soft tone ''I would be happy if you could give me a massage''

''No, never''.

A few minutes later, Mai laid on the bed with her back facing Aaron Saint as he massaged her shoulders and they chat.

''You were screaming no, I thought you would even kick me out of the room. Mr. Saint''.

''Shut up or I will really kick you out'' Aaron Saint said to Mai.

''Sorry''

Aaron Saint massage her spine as Mai laid giving instructions ''can you move lower?''

''Where, here?'' Aaron Saint moved his hands to her mid spine and asked.

''No, a little slower. Down, about my waist level?'' Aaron Saint shook his head and put his hands towards her waist. He mistakenly pulled her shirt up as he massaged her and her waist was exposed to his eyes. Her slender waist coupled with her blue G-string pant came into view and Aaron's breath caught up half way.

Aaron Saint flushed and suddenly pushed the girl away and she fell down.

''Ah'' Mai turned and glared at him saying ''why did you do that for? If you couldn't continue, you should have told me. Why did you push me down?''

Aaron Saint looked away and spoke ''look at the time. I'm feeling sleepy. You should go to bed''.

Mai got up from the floor and sat on the bed angrily saying.

''Forget that I spent half my sleep trying to make a perfume that suits you, common massage, you pushed me down. What a heartless man. tsk, tsk!''

Mai said and laid down to sleep closing her eyes.

''I'm sorry''. Aaron Saint regretted apologising because the moment he said it, the girl turned to face him with another crazy talk.

''I forgive you, but since you are apologising, then, in the future let's not be courteous to each other and speak comfortably after all, we are roommates''

Mai said her piece and smiled at him. Aaron shook his head and covered her face with the blanket saying ''sleep''.

Mai smiled under the blanket and closed her eyes. Her face was red. Aaron Saint laid on the bed watching her as her breath became steady with sleep.

That same night at Lorca's Villa.

A young handsome man of about 27 years old walked into the villa accompanied by a bodyguard.

This young man was Lorca's ultimate plan. He was blessed with fine features, a well sculptured body, a handsome face and a sweet mouth.

A lot of wealthy women had fallen to their doom because of this man. He was the one who seduced a lot of the women, conned them and took away everything they had leaving them penniless. He has been Lorca's pimp boy since the day Lorca saved him from a near death situation a few years ago.

The young man therefore had sworn his loyalty to Lorca, allowing Lorca to call unto him anytime he is met with a stubborn woman.

He was in Maldives enjoying his vacation when he received a call from Lorca and had to return to D-City which made his mood gloomy and caused a frown on his face even as he walked into the room to meet his godfather.

''Godfather, you asked for me?'' The young man sat down across Lorca as he spoke.

Lorca looked at the young man he had personally groomed and was quite satisfied. Reading his facial expression, he could deduce that he wasn't that thrilled to break his vacation midway and asked

''why? Are you angry with your father for calling you when you were having a good time?''

''Yes''. The young man responded.

''I will make sure I let you off after this job'' Lorca said to the young man.

''A job? Who is the bitch that is causing my godfather headache?'' the young man asked curiously.

''Well, she is not a normal bitch for sure. She is a psychopathic bitch, a very dangerous and cunning bitch''

"Looks like she is nothing like anyone I have handled before, right?''

''Yes. Here is her picture. She is called August Maijune Marco Elizondo''

''Marco?''

''You're right. We are related. She is my niece'' The boy picked the picture and looked at it saying.

''She is quite pretty''

''Yes, she is. She takes after my grand mom''

''Tell me, what do you want me to do to her?''

''I want you to seduce that bitch and bring her to me. She is under the protection of Aaron Saint''

''Aaron Saint of Saint Group?''

"Yes''

''Can I get a taste of her before I bring her to you?'' The young man smirked saying.

''You can, but, it won't be easy. She is very smart''

''I like a challenge for a change. I don't like a cheap woman who fall for me so soon''

''Bring her to me in a month's time''

''No problem. Can I go and rest now? I feel jetlagged''

''Yes, go ahead. I already prepared a new identity for you, you will get it tomorrow''

''Okay''. The young man stood up to go and Lorca mentioned his name saying.

''Lucas'' the young man turned back and looked at him ''you should visit your mom; she is not doing great''

''I will'' the boy went out leaving Lorca alone in the room.
